Each structural change must be signed for and will have a $1,000 Redraw & Engineering fee in addition to the changes fee. (After you have approved drawings)

Each non/structural change must be signed for and will have a $500 Redraw & Engineering fee in addition to the changes fee. (After you have approved drawings)

All Change orders & changes to your color section sheet will require a $100 administrative fee.

NOTE:  Not all changes can be made after certain cut off dates. Also keep in mind that some changes may delay the delivery date of your home by the amount of time estimated or even longer depending on the situation in the market place and availability of materials.  ALSO ALL CHANGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR AND PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO BEING IMPLEMENTED
