Architectural Design Services
Bay Terrace has added Architectural Design to the services available
to our clients. You may now create your dream home, and have a clear
impression of exactly what we will create for you. You will be charged
a basic fee for these architectural services, and once you contract with
Bay Terrace Homes to Build your home, this fee will be credited to the
contract price.
EXISTING BAY TERRACE PLANS
You may very well find just
the perfect home for you among our standard plans that we have created,
developed and refined over the years.
MODIFYING BAY TERRACE PLANS
Then again, the pre-existing
Bay Terrace plans may be the inspiration you need to create your
home by making changes to our plans. This can be done on the computer,
and the plans delivered to the Production Team are exactly what you requested.
No more chance of missing that little change that you "told"
someone you wanted.
CREATE A HOME FROM SCRATCH
You have visited many, many
homes. You like the kitchen from one, living area of another, bedroom
layout from yet another, and so on and so on.
By working in partnership with
our architectural staff, you can design your home - the one that has never
been built! Bring your ideas, pictures, sketches and thoughts, and
watch them come together.
